Freelance Writing Course

The Freelance Writing Course is the course for you if you want to start earning quickly from your writing. You learn how to write for different publications (magazines and newspapers), essentials of freelance journalism and newswriting, and the techniques of craftsmanship to accurately present facts in a compelling and dramatic way.

We will award you a certificate on successful completion of the course, but the certificate is not really important if you do not acquire the skills necessary to become a professional writer. Core modules are:

• Module 5: Conducting market survey for your writing, analysing writing markets, and selling your writing to the right target audience.
• Module 6 – 7: Writing for newspapers and magazines and how to sell your articles to publications.
• Module 8: Travel writing.
• Module 9: Conducting interviews.
• Module 10: Journalism and news writing.
• Module 11 – 12: Legal and business approaches to writing.
